Our standard lead time is 8 to 10 business days after the final approval on specification sheets we send prior to printing.

Yes, we do offer rush service plan with 4 or 6 business days with a small fee.

One box – but it will obviously be more expensive than a larger quantity, because we still have the same setting up cost. We also handle short runs of die cut and printed boxes, but tooling and print set-up charges may apply.

We reserve the right to destroy a die after 2 years of it no longer being in use.

Yes, as we are specialized in all sort of customize printing so you can have your own artwork printed.

Normally we do work on the digital proof with flat and 3d view for the approval so that makes all clear what exactly the box will look alike after printing and assembling. Also, for bulk orders, we send a physical sample with small sampling fee to make sure everything should be printed as per customer requirements.

No – most box styles (except some lidded boxes) are delivered flat-packed for you to tape together or make up.

We have a skilled labor force and highly advanced offset, digital and screen process available in-house.

All our boxes are 100% environmentally friendly. All our corrugated sheet board and packaging is 100% recyclable, and 100% biodegradable. It is made from 90% recycled waste or recovered paper. Our “virgin” Kraft liner paper comes from managed, softwood forests that are certified as sustainable by recognized environmental agencies.

What is more, since all our corrugated board is 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable, all the wastepaper from the manufacturing process goes straight back to paper recyclers.

The pre-printed grades i.e. the black and blue board are made up of 27% recycled content.

We require PSD, PDF, ai, format with min of 300dpi file for printing.
